Pros

Great opportunity to make good money without having to work 9-5 Interesting day to day functions. One day you're making sales calls, the next you're interviewing/selling a business owner, the next you're taking pictures of someone's pet and the next you're playing events coordinator. Or not. You can basically hire out any positions within your company.

Cons

Ineffective method for most business owners to get more leads/jobs Not enough focus on the current clients needs & wants If you're effective at selling the product - then you're promoted - no matter how useless you are in other facets of business/culture/ability Company was built entirely with only sales reps at the helm. This resulted in an unusual product

The N2 Company Response
6y
Hi, there. We are happy to hear which parts of the Area Director role you’ve enjoyed and appreciate your radical candor when it comes to things we can improve. The last slide of our Culture Deck says, “Preserve the Core and Stimulate Progress.” It’s in this spirit that we are currently revamping several departments to better our client and Area Director experiences. This includes improving our leadership structure and client support system. We’re excited for all the growth and opportunity on the way, and are glad you’ll be able to experience this alongside us!

Pros

N2 is a flexible company with strong family values and plenty of growth opportunities. I have been with the company for 12 years and have had the opportunity to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and develop new skills throughout my career.

Cons

Reviewing pay ranges regularly to ensure they remain competitive with the market would help support employee retention.

Pros

Managers that really care & promote learning and self-growth, flexibility with remote-work.

Cons

Pay structure and opportunities for raises are few and far between. Not a lot of monetizing reward or growth opportunities for picking up more work and being a team player.
