Pros

Flexible remote schedule, great culture with immediate co-workers

Cons

The pay is no longer comparable to other companies. In my opinion, all employees need to make at least $10,000-$20,000 more than what they are paid currently. It's gotten to the point where most people are not being paid their worth and that is heartbreaking to see because there are amazing people that I work with pouring their hearts & souls into their job for pennies. This would be my biggest reason to leave N2 after being here for nearly 10 years. When I first started working here, I loved it! It had the feel of a start-up -- with leadership being very open to hearing concerns, truly empathizing with people, and working toward solutions. Over time, it has become "corporate" and cold. There is a defined line between leadership and everyone below them now and this overwhelming sense of entitlement. They seem to have no idea what is happening at the other end of the threads they are pulling, and truly don't seem to care. I no longer see leadership communicating with anyone "below them." In fact, you are told if you have concerns, go to your direct leader -- no communication with anyone other than that. It's this huge long line of communication now where you have to express concerns to one person, who talks to the next, who talks to the next, etc and little actually gets done to improve things for the little guys who are working the hardest.

Pros

N2 is a flexible company with strong family values and plenty of growth opportunities. I have been with the company for 12 years and have had the opportunity to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and develop new skills throughout my career.

Cons

Reviewing pay ranges regularly to ensure they remain competitive with the market would help support employee retention.

Pros

Managers that really care & promote learning and self-growth, flexibility with remote-work.

Cons

Pay structure and opportunities for raises are few and far between. Not a lot of monetizing reward or growth opportunities for picking up more work and being a team player.
