Pros

My previous employer reorganized their regional management team and I was a casualty. I spent 24 years with that company, thinking I would retire from that company. I loved what I did. That said, I am totally thankful they did reorganize. At 55 years old you kind of worry about the opportunities that are out there to provide for your family. I was quite hesitant to even look into N2. I saw the logo and and the opportunity on LinkedIn for a couple of months, before I decided to look into it. When I did and I learned more about the opportunity, I knew this is where I needed to be. No salary, no benefits, but I was given a proven plan, that if executed would allow me everything I once had to be a reality again. I can make a difference, doing something that makes a difference, with people who want to make a difference, at a time that makes a difference. I have the opportunity to create a moment in a person's life that might not otherwise happen. I can help businesses grow and expand. And in one short year, I have grown my income to a level it took me 24 years to do in my previous employment. I am home with my family when I want to be, I can set my own schedule, I can work if I want to, or play when I want to. My experience so far with N2 has been incredible. The people inside this organization are top-shelf. They are passionate about this business, they know how to work efficiently and effectively and they are always there to help you if you need the help. I touched on some of them in my experience so far, but let me just say this, "The opportunity for substantial reward financially, spiritually, personally is at your fingertips." It is not given to you, you have to work for it. It is not a skill that takes years of training. The keys to success are trained prior to the start, and reinforced weekly. There is a process, that if followed, anyone can be successful. The biggest pro for me was knowing that I would reap the benefit of my effort. I was not and am not limited to financial gain, limited to family time, limited to vacation time. Everything I wanted was there for me to enjoy, if I chose to put the time into learning and following through with the process. Lastly, and I touched on this in the experience so far, it's the people. The people inside N2 are awesome. They are smart, they are talented, they are giving, they are patient, and they are inspiring.

Cons

I am not trying to sound all euphoric, but what someone else might consider a con, I might consider a pro. For example, no salary and no benefits. That means I have a position that does not limit my income. Someone may have a salaried job with benefits, but someone else is telling them how much their salary is. With N2, I determine my salary. The ramp up phase might be a con. I loved it, I borrowed from my 401k to fund the first 4 months, but I knew that if I followed the plan I could eventually pay it back. I just started to. To some workday freedom might be a con, it might be easier to have that required schedule each day. For me freedom is a pro. You need self-discipline, you need to be motivated, so I guess if you aren't we've found a con. If you are organized, follow the process you will be successful.

Pros

N2 is a flexible company with strong family values and plenty of growth opportunities. I have been with the company for 12 years and have had the opportunity to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and develop new skills throughout my career.

Cons

Reviewing pay ranges regularly to ensure they remain competitive with the market would help support employee retention.

Pros

Managers that really care & promote learning and self-growth, flexibility with remote-work.

Cons

Pay structure and opportunities for raises are few and far between. Not a lot of monetizing reward or growth opportunities for picking up more work and being a team player.
