      Cons

      • Steep learning curve. The first few months can feel overwhelming while you juggle training, sales, and publishing deadlines. • Time-intensive. It takes dedication and consistency to build momentum, especially early on. • Emotional rollercoaster.       Managers that really care & promote learning and self-growth, flexibility with remote-work.

      Cons

      Pay structure and opportunities for raises are few and far between. Not a lot of monetizing reward or growth opportunities for picking up more work and being a team player.
