They care more about keeping students in the program than them becoming independent They don't actually apply ABA therapy, as many of the students behavioral tantrums can be easily remedied with good application of ABA They have outright lied to the government during audits, and have "subtly encouraged" (threatened) their staff to do do so as well Make their employees start work early, but they don't pay them for this extra time. Any suggestions as to how to better the children is immediately squashed and you are labeled as someone who "disrespects authority" If you are injured it's your fault Poor review if you dared to call out sick when you were actually sick Poor reviews on your performance if you don't pick up overtime
