tuition reimbursement, great training with people who really know their stuff as far as ABA is concerned, full benefits, pretty good!

Cons

its so much work and sometimes too many expectations. there just isn't enough time or brain juice to follow through on everything, its like working two jobs. your work never ends when your shift does.

Pros

The kids are the best part. It's good for those who have little to no experience. They pay for a masters degree.

Cons

Lead Teachers have no training in managing people. The lead teacher sits at the desk all day on their phone, eating and micromanaging. It's not really a school schedule. You must be present for 8 hours even if the kids are not there, and you have no other work to do. You get only 2 random weeks off in the summer. The pay is not worth it.

Our lead teachers have many administrative responsibilities, working with each student's team of clinicians, parents, and liaisons that may not be visible to other staff.
