Pros
-The pay is decent when compared to other places like NECC. -You can get a job right out of undergrad. -You get face-to-face experience working with kids with disabilities and autism.
Cons
-You have to work at least one 12 hour day per week (Almost always falls on a weekend). -You can get seriously injured on the job especially in the Staff Intensive Unit. -You have to work basically every holiday. -The senior administrative staff gets 100% preferential treatment and doesn't listen to the employees under them. -They expect you to know how to do things with little to no training. -Little to no ability to move up in the company. -Raises/bonuses when you are already hired are incredibly difficult. -Little chance of actually receiving the legally allotted "research hour" per every 8 hours you work.
