Working at OSU was worthwhile (people, experiences) as well as fulfilling (higher education, obtaining Master's Degree). - Graduate Assistant The Ohio State University Employee Review

Pros

OSU has great benefits for graduate students as well as full time employees. OSU is also committed to helping you get the most out of your education as well as employment. To be such a large school, it has a very small feel.

Cons

It's hard to navigate the university if you are new, and don't fully know what it is you want to accomplish.

Pros

Many resources available for various types of studies

Cons

Unless your PI is tapped into the research community, the resources are spread out and difficult to find. The overall support from the University to PIs is limited. Those individuals in positions of authority are more concerned with their own optics than with supporting those who need it.
