Very laid back environment. Many paid off holidays. Management is very good. Great environment. You get to participate in many activities. If you have kids, they get to go to school almost for free. (i think osu pays for the bigger part of tution) . You get free or almost free access to a state of the art recreation facility. They also have great bonuses, and since its civil service job, if you work for 20 years for them you get AWESOME retirment package. Good luck.
