      Great sports teams and growing educational prestige. Free tuition for me and half price tuition for family. Good and affordable benefits.

      Cons

      Class system among and between various levels of faculty and staff. Pay is low and can be as much as 50% of comparable Central Ohio jobs despite the growing 24/7 work requirements. Parking is expensive given the difficulty of finding available parking spaces.
