      Healthy workplace, work-oriented and not time oriented, understanding colleagues, lovely office location and gives health insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Work I do here is not very challenging and often very repetitive. My research skills are not being used properly. My hunger for knowledge and learning new things are not quenched adequately.

      Many resources available for various types of studies

      Cons

      Unless your PI is tapped into the research community, the resources are spread out and difficult to find. The overall support from the University to PIs is limited. Those individuals in positions of authority are more concerned with their own optics than with supporting those who need it.
