Pros
Working in my field providing essential and engaging learning experiences to graduate and undergraduate students. Still maintain strong relationships with colleagues and former students.
Cons
Unsafe work environment where harassment, when reported, is ignored and verbal and physical threats that were reported were also ignored. With no safe avenue for reporting it is a terrible place to work.
