Tons of opportunity for professional development, flexible work schedule, can work from home, excellent HR department, supports staff and faculty. beginning to focus a lot more on quality teaching from faculty, great IT support, decent salaries
Cons
the prices for parking are outrageous, there are some cases where tenured faculty who produce little work, show up late to department meetings, don't participate in committees, etc. are rarely let go and it lowers morale for those who are actually working hard
