Good benefits, poor culture - Student Life Coordinator The Ohio State University Employee Review

Can't speak to outside of student life, but the culture there is horrible. Departments are fighting with each other for space and personnel, so it's nearly impossible to get things done and develop relationships. Upper management in student life is more interested in marketing than investing in changes that need to be made. Terrible COVID practices - required employees to work in housing where students had tested positive.
