      Pros

      OSU is a great place to work. They have great benefits, lots of flexibility, and you are able to work on interesting, important problems. Full tuition is covered for full time employees to take classes or work towards a degree.

      Cons

      Salary is low compared to private sector. Organizationally it's a mess. Not much time or effort is put into training managers or thinking about IT systems that support the work. Can be very frustrating. Opportunity for career advancement is low.
