      The pay was decent, affordable health benefits for those who are are the lower income side, education benefits are unmatched, OSU itself is amazing organization and I would recommend it to anyone.

      Cons

      The lab at Gahanna has an unspoken hierarchy, the management over the lab is very hush, hush and retaliatory if you speak out and advocate for your rights.
