      OSU has great benefits! OSU pays much less than industry but makes up for it with their benefits, including tuition waivers and health incentives

      Low pay... OSU pays much less than industry but makes up for it with their benefits. If it weren't for their benefits, I think they'd lose alot of really qualified people.
