It's probably much like every single other hospital these days. Short-staffed, overworked, underpaid. Higher-ups make excuses and say we aren't short-staffed at all and that we are greedy. Food options kind of suck. Can only use OSU emergency department if you need to go to an emergency department for your own care. But for the most part, if you find a good unit to work on it's not that bad. The healthcare system as a whole is just corrupt and in bad shape and this hospital is no different. I will say The James is better than the main hospital and we provide good care to cancer patients.
