This is not the company the encourages their employees' growth. Several times, employees have gotten the top certifications in the industry and the company won't reimburse them even when presented with invoices/receipts as proof. They take desperate and inexperienced people and pass them off as "experienced" workers on government contracts as the government is unaware of this. Communications and responses from management is subpar and minimal. Their vetting process is suspect and this company will fail an unannounced audit.
