Worked with some really great people over the years. Flexible scheduling Provided on the job training

Cons

Terrible upper management. They never know what they want to do. Management treats everyone different. It really depends on if you're in the click. Otherwise your opinion doesn't matter or they're appalled by your opinion. Treat their workers like garbage but preach culture and family nonsense. Benefits are terrible. Not even a 401k match Below average wages

the company seems to really care about improving itself and creating a team environment

Cons

some things that should have processes necessarily dont- raises, sick time, profit sharing, etc.

Pros

The workers are all very nice. That’s all I can say is good.

Cons

The executives don’t care about employees. Managers don’t teach. No upward movement. CEO is a joke and has a dumb bro mentality. Nothing good came out of me working here except me making a couple friends.
