Training is NOT thorough. Somebody needs to outline training. No actual training is available for the applications you are using. They cover 10%-15% of the applications. Learning navigation is most important when you will use the application everyday and cover actual metrics THOROUGHLY BEFORE you go canvassing. If you have things to measure then spend most of your time on them so that you hit the goals especially in a fast paced environment and a super easy script.
