Pros
I had applied for my first agency job a day before COVID broke out. I was not supported as much as I would've liked as an entry-level therapist, let alone an entry-level therapist during a pandemic. Due to this I had my reservations when looking for a new agency job, but I went out on a whim and hesitantly applied to the Perfect Playground. Patrick and Michele were super responsive and helpful during the interview process. I was placed at a school within 20-30 minutes of my house, which was great. I was placed under the supervision of Todd, who was a great supervisor and accompanied me on my first day to the school. We held weekly checkins to make sure my notes, IEPs, goals, billing, schedule, and everything in between were up to par. Everyone was extremely responsive to emails, sometimes even hopping on calls to support me after work hours. I couldn't have asked for a better company to mold me into a better therapist.
Cons
Not getting paid for absent kids (which you can still work around by seeing them another day) and not getting paid for half-days/breaks/missed days.
