The average hourly rate in our company is currently $19.17. Naturally, there are trainers who make less than this and trainers who make more than this. Most of our trainers who make less than $19.17 are in certification. However, unlike other personal training companies, we pay YOU to go through certification. Furthermore, our compensation is very fair compared to other entry level personal training positions in the country. We apologize that you believe our bonus structure is complicated and not structured well. However, we want to offer our employees as many bonus incentives that we can. These include: Staff Referrals, Client Referrals, Professional Development, and Nutrition Coaching opportunities.
