Thank you for also providing some advice for our management team. We find that our compensation is very fair compared to other entry level personal training positions in the country. However, we are always looking for areas to improve. Therefore, we are currently evaluating our benefits and compensation packages. We also do provide additional pay for our Nutrition Coaches. Furthermore, to decrease the amount of time our employees are using their personal phone to contact their clients, we have implemented a texting feature in our internal system.
