Pros
- great culture in every studio. You are welcomed in warmly and feel the tightness of the team right from the beginning.
- You are pushed to excel and to grow in your knowledge and education. You're also rewarded for doing so!
- The leadership is great, you always have someone who is guiding you and making sure you are growing whether it be from a Facility Manager, Regional Manager, or even just another trainer.
- The clients are historically very kind and great to work with.
- Company values are always pointed back to and enforced within the team and studios.
- Creativity is pushed and encouraged. They may not always go with your idea, but they do encourage you to come forward with ideas and solutions to current or even potential problems.
- There is always opportunity to level up. Whether it be from education or a position. You always have opportunities to show to the leadership team your skills and assets. It might not be right away, but what you put in, you'll get out of this job.
- When you make a mistake, it isn't the end of the world. In fact, instead of saying "well just don't do that again" they work with you on why it happened, how it could be done differently in the future, and actually take time to develop you rather than just a harsh reprimand.
- I do believe that how this company handled Covid-19 was among the best ways to handle a pandemic. They sprinted into action on how to shift our entire program online, they celebrated those who took extra time in developing essentially a brand new product, they worked hard to ensure each and every client was cared for in the way that client needed. No one was denied a "hold" or a refund and everyone was given the opportunity to try our new product for free.
Cons
- It is slow at first in making enough financially. It takes a little while to gain your way through the levels of advancement they offer.
- Some of the requirements for advancement in levels are a little difficult, but can be done.
