When let go, I wasn't told exactly why, they didn't tell me specifically after I asked for my own growth and development
Their main clients are female baby boomers and some don't want to be trained they just want to talk and there is not much you can do as a trainer.
As a personal trainer for mainly older clients, you have to go very easy with them, increasing their weight slowly especially if they have improper form.
If your client has improper form aka "going too fast" unless you have the CEO or a very experienced trainer and they give you the ok to train them properly there is not much you can do, the last thing you want is for a client to stop paying or worse being discouraged and not motivated since the clients pay good money for their training.
