Pros
Remote work — the system for working remotely is excellent. I needed that, and I appreciate it very much. Free strength training — the fact that everything is science-based and that the company makes such an effort to ensure that everyone stays educated about why we do what we do means that I have a great deal of faith in what is accomplished in our studios. And I benefit myself, as well! Excellent coworkers — I have been amazed at how easy it is to work with the executives of The Perfect Workout. And when I joined a team rather than continuing as a solo admin, I found a whole other level of support that makes me truly appreciate and love my work. Very good leadership — transparency, the expectation of candidness, dedication to continuous improvement. This company is led by people who believe in the work we do and are committed to always making it better for both our clients and the team members. It's heartening to be able to work remotely and still feel connected because of the efforts made to bring everyone together, if only virtually, on a regular basis.
Cons
Pay is moderate for my position. However, there are definite benefits beyond just what I make, and I would not want to go elsewhere (and almost certainly not be as happy).
