Pros
Wide variety of benefits, quarterly bonus program, laid-back work environment, had a very small amount of communication with the CFO, but he seemed to be very understanding and the only unbiased one of the Executive Team
Cons
Work-life balance is very poor for all Pinnacle employees. Only a very small group of employees and managers are praised and recognized for their hard work, while all the others sit back and watch as the "selected few" continue to be recognized, receive promotions and raises. There are way too many managers for the size of this company, and everyone feels that they are more important than the next person. There is no employee appreciate as the Executive Team feels that taking breaks to show employees that they are valued "takes time away from their work day." Some employees wear too many hats, since management wishes to hire the least amount of employees to get through the day. While there are several employees that have been with the company for 10+ years, it seems that they have become complacent and "comfortable" with the way the culture has changed for the worse. Last, but certainly not least, payroll is only done once a month!
