Pros

Small company so you have more autonomy, great clients, is generally a laid back environment.

Cons

Where to start? One thing you'll find out quickly is that most Pinnacle employees are unhappy and complacent with their jobs. The overall company moral is low but leadership cares little to improve this. If you are in a entry position the pressure is less, but there's a lot of backbiting the longer you've been there. There's little transparency in the company's dealings out of necessity. They wouldn't want their employees to know all of their unscrupulous practices. And no matter how hard you work in your position, you can't get around the fact that Pinnacle offers a subpar product.

Pros

Wide variety of benefits, quarterly bonus program, laid-back work environment, had a very small amount of communication with the CFO, but he seemed to be very understanding and the only unbiased one of the Executive Team

Cons

Work-life balance is very poor for all Pinnacle employees. Only a very small group of employees and managers are praised and recognized for their hard work, while all the others sit back and watch as the "selected few" continue to be recognized, receive promotions and raises. There are way too many managers for the size of this company, and everyone feels that they are more important than the next person. There is no employee appreciate as the Executive Team feels that taking breaks to show employees that they are valued "takes time away from their work day." Some employees wear too many hats, since management wishes to hire the least amount of employees to get through the day. While there are several employees that have been with the company for 10+ years, it seems that they have become complacent and "comfortable" with the way the culture has changed for the worse. Last, but certainly not least, payroll is only done once a month!
