Pros
small company so you have the opportunity, depending on your department to gain a lot of different skill sets. (mostly because they like to hire as few people as possible so many times there is one person doing the job of three.) bonus program, although that got changed to quarterly once the executive team figured out they were handing out too much money.
Cons
Where to start? First of all, not one person on the Executive Team values the employees at all. There are people who have been there for 8 years who have never gotten a decent raise. Many people are complacent and have no desire to really "try" at their jobs, hence why they have been there for 10+ years. The morale of all the employees is low, since management has taken away any and all opportunities to show the employees that they care about them. You will never get a raise unless you threaten to leave, and even then it's not guaranteed unless the President thinks you're worth it. I witnessed several excellent employees leave because they were turned down for a raise repeatedly, despite having worked hard for many years. Most leave because they can't stand the culture and attitude of Pinnacle, where there is no loyalty to anyone but the Executive Team. Yes, most likely the job is "easy" but it's not worth working somewhere where there is no financial growth and most likely no growth within your department unless you stay for more than 6 years.
