Pros

Free food and good benefits when full time.

Cons

They let supervisors, that have been for years there, bully and retaliate against their employees. Little recognition from supervisors for the hard work and loyalty that employees have with them. At the end management only need things to get done by good or bad terms they don't care how supervisors treat their employees. Supervisors have little supervision so they break the "20 rules of Polo".

Cons

The management here is very unprofessional; there’s constant drama and no leadership. As an H2B worker you are treated like you don’t matter. There is no training at all, yet they expect you to work extremely long hours for very low pay. On top of that, you have to deal with very rude club members/guests, and management never backs you up. It is a toxic and exhausting place to be. Do not work here.
