Pros

The Polo Club has a great management team who see you as an individual and not just one amongst the numbers. The club aims to excell and therefore there’s always new and innovative things going on. The staff is very welcoming and created a very positive work environment.

Free food at the cafeteria

Cons

The management here is very unprofessional; there’s constant drama and no leadership. As an H2B worker you are treated like you don’t matter. There is no training at all, yet they expect you to work extremely long hours for very low pay. On top of that, you have to deal with very rude club members/guests, and management never backs you up. It is a toxic and exhausting place to be. Do not work here.
