The management here is very unprofessional; there’s constant drama and no leadership. As an H2B worker you are treated like you don’t matter. There is no training at all, yet they expect you to work extremely long hours for very low pay. On top of that, you have to deal with very rude club members/guests, and management never backs you up. It is a toxic and exhausting place to be. Do not work here.
