Absolutely no pros to mention.

You are just a number. They are more concerned with getting a number of patients per day than quality of care.?

Thank you for sharing your experience. We value our past and present employees’ feedback, as it drives our organization and presents us with opportunities to make improvements. As you know, these are difficult times, and we commend our employees for their willingness to serve our patients and community. At Primary Health Network, we have gone above and beyond to ensure our employees’ and patients’ safety by introducing and enforcing rigorous safeguards. Like many other healthcare organizations, COVID has put a strain on our workforce. However, our leadership team has worked tenaciously to uphold our organizations promise to provide a healthy work- life balance. We do this by instituting policies and procedures such as flexible work schedules and paid time off (PTO). As mentioned above, I thank you for your feedback and for your years of service while at Primary Health Network. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to our Human Resources Department directly.

Pros

Working for over 2 years with PHN has been such a blessing to me. PHN cares for the staff and the patients. I have all the equipment I need and it is in good working order. The site is clean, orderly, and professional looking. There are large beautiful window views from the operatories where I work. They have protocols in place, so I don't need to assume or figure a way to accomplish my role. There are support staff in multiple departments- HR, Billing (and insurance), referral management, leadership levels manage the workload. As providers, we are respected; our education and experience are heard and encouraged. Due to the large size of PHN, there are wonderful benefits that I have never had when I worked in private practice. On-site trainings; CE, license, and professional membership dues reimbursement. And so much more. I always feel supported by the leadership at PHN.

Cons

Due to the large size of PHN, the decision-making wheels need time to be accurate, fair, following gold star standards. This is a not a CON exactly, but something employees need to be aware.
