Pros
Very laid back atmosphere and an overall friendly work environment. Management was very professional while still being able to communicate in a manner that didn't seem overbearing. Flexible hours and the food is great.
Cons
Late nights due to customers and we cannot turn them say no matter what time we close. So when the kitchen is shut down at 9 and a couple walks in at 8:50 and wants huge meals, we have to start it all over and wait til they leave then do clean up over. Your quitting time went from 10pm to 12-12:30am
