- Great work environment - Account managers and senior staff are always willing to train/help -Great chance for upward mobility - Very team oriented culture

Great company to work with, great hours and straightforward payroll

Pros

Okay pay, they don't bother you much, bigger annual increases than a salary job. Depending on the company you are no contract for, it can be flexible. From other contractors experiences, they are definitely better than Quest.

Cons

Very few holidays, low PTO, pay is a little low for no benefits, they take about 40% of what the company pays for you. They don't help network for new contracts like they claim to, you're on your own.
