- You control your own destiny - Management wants you to be successful - Hard work and persistence is rewarded - Opportunity to advance quickly - Lots of quality people

- Very young company - Things change rapidly - Training/Development is fluid, no set way to do things

Great company to work with, great hours and straightforward payroll

Pros

Okay pay, they don't bother you much, bigger annual increases than a salary job. Depending on the company you are no contract for, it can be flexible. From other contractors experiences, they are definitely better than Quest.

Cons

Very few holidays, low PTO, pay is a little low for no benefits, they take about 40% of what the company pays for you. They don't help network for new contracts like they claim to, you're on your own.
