Most of the people here drag their feet to go to work because management has created such a toxic environment where there is no trust or company culture. The C-Suite executives are terrible people who take no accountability for the culture they have created. The board will turn a blind eye to all of this because they too don’t want to take accountability for choosing the wrong person to lead this company. The turnover rate is high because people will realize that it’s simply not worth their mental health.
