Pros

My colleagues were the funniest, coolest, most talented people ever.

Cons

The company’s stated values often appear to function more effectively as marketing language than as principles reflected in its workplace practices. Employees are expected to bring passion, expertise, judgment, and significant emotional investment to their roles, but may find those qualities undervalued when they conflict with production targets or organizational priorities. Despite its emphasis on authenticity, the company appears to prioritize volume. Employees may be incentivized to process increasingly large quantities of merchandise while still being held individually responsible for errors that occur within systems designed around speed. When systemic shortcomings contribute to mistakes, accountability may fall disproportionately on individual employees rather than prompting meaningful examination of the processes, workloads, or performance expectations that helped create them. The company encourages employee feedback in principle, but critical feedback may be treated less as an opportunity for improvement and more as a problem associated with the person raising it. Values such as authenticity, passion, intelligence, and candor are celebrated when they support the company’s preferred narrative, but may be received differently when employees apply those same values critically within the workplace. The company also frequently recruits young or early-career professionals, offering valuable entry into the luxury resale industry while expecting substantial productivity and specialized knowledge at compensation that may not reflect the demands or responsibility of the work. Employees without extensive experience in other professional environments may be less equipped to recognize unreasonable expectations, inadequate support, or the extent to which overwork has been normalized. Prospective employees should approach the opportunity strategically. The role may provide useful industry experience, specialized knowledge, and résumé value, but employees would be wise to maintain firm boundaries, document important workplace interactions, and avoid confusing the company’s language of passion and belonging with a guarantee of institutional loyalty or support. Learn what you can, build your expertise, protect your professional interests, and leave when the role no longer serves them.

Pros

- Great coworkers - Handle fun products - Front line works their tails off

Cons

- Senior Leaders (some Sr. Mgrs, mainly Directors and up) really don't do much but sit in meetings and blame their teams for their leadership deficiencies. Not to mention they love to never be in office but can't wait to tell you why you should be there. - Changes are constant: Quality Standards, SOPs, Order of Ops, CRM - With little to no training or guidance. The 3 auth centers operate "the same" but really there are drastic process differences in each along with leadership. - Leaders do anything to deflect blame and responsibility. The front lines are worked to exhaustion with unrealistic goals (if TRR was serious about their standards and what they offer).. Rather, people process at lightning speeds just to fill the warehouse with garbage. - Sr leaders of Operations quell issues and disguise problems to C Suite - Toxicity within leadership, everyone is playing defense which does not help solving problems. - No feedback is taken, ideas are shot down. - Vacations/breaks dont exist if you are a leader. No respect for time off. - Churn and churn. Front line staffing is a revolving door.
