Pros

- Nice, friendly people... laid back environment. - Summer Perks (performances, early leave times, extra days off, etc.)

Cons

- Stagnant company set in old mindset. - Ridiculous amount of politics and turf wars within the company's senior management. - No room for growth and quite frankly nothing to learn if you're mid-career or higher... I'd only recommend this place to people right out of college/early career or to people late in their careers looking to cruise until retirement... you'd fit right in.
