Pros

The perks are artist showcases, tickets to the GRAMMYs, and lots of paid holidays. If you like dogs the office is dog-friendly.

Cons

What you will get at this company includes zero diversity in C-level management. (Yes, all white males.) You will become part of an annual show that loses viewership every year. You will get upper management that is at odds with other upper management. You will get promotions after paying dues of around 5 years on average. You will get a culture of zero mentor-ship. You will also get a superficial sense of accomplishment for the company as a whole, and for yourself. So, if you want a brand-name company on your resume but an empty, dead-end experience for your career you will love The GRAMMYs. Go for it.
