A dinosaur of a company. Much of upper management is out of touch and disinterested. The company as a whole is very resistant to change. Departments that need to work with one another are often times at odds. This siloing, coupled with the fact that politics and tenure generally outweigh experience and competence, results in some key executives being frighteningly inept at their jobs. Also, a 9am - 6pm work day is too long. 9-5 should be standard.
