"Flexible" time off, however you will be spoken to if they feel you take off more than they feel you should.
Cons
Toxic leaders, Micromanagement, Favoritism and Drama. Claim to be open and transparent, however fire people who speak about needing change. Ran off all top revenue producers because they didn't drink the Kool-Aid and stay quiet. Sued top employees who left and were bullied. DO not work here. They will more than likely be out of business soon because they do not change toxic behaviors that MANY loyal employees spoke up about for over a year with no change in behaviors or treatment before finally having to leave for their own mental health and peace.
