Pros

Lots of free food on the visits. You dont work behind a desk all day. The people in the store I work in are very helpful and supportive.

Cons

Lots of driving. you hear a lot of negativity on a daily basis, and need to always just take it in. Very new position so its still being fine-tuned.

You'll get good industry experience.

Cons

The company restructured and laid off so many people without a fair explanation. Employees that have been working at the company for 5-10+ years were let go of. After the restructure, you were rewarded with more work and no pay increase.
