Pros

Easy work within a sales environment. Set your own pace. Decent pay

Cons

Poorly managed. Toxic environment but it can vary from store to store. Too much experimentation within the markets to really set a status quo. POOR Communication. No real job security. Hr is outsourced so no real open door policy.
