Pros
There are so many pros it's hard to list them all but here are a few. Strong emphasis on promoting from within if management/leadership is your goal it is defianetly an obtainable goal there are even training programs in place to help get you prepared for a leadership role. T-ROC is quickly becoming a large company but still manages to keep a tight knit family feel help is never to far away and everyone in the company is so kind and always willing to lend a hand all you ever have to do is reach out to someone. I have yet to find another company that cares so much about their employees and gives them all the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. In short this is a company that you could easily make a life long career out of.
Cons
Dealing with the occasional bad attitude customer but you will even learn skills to turn these encounters into a positive experience.
