Pros

1.) it’s a job 2.) has benefits

Cons

1.) pay/commission is awful. $10.50 and hour and every contract phone you sell is $5. So, if someone comes in looking at prepaid phones, and you sell them Verizon. Walmart gets a big $700 paycheck. And you get 5 bucks... you may get a few sales a week that actually go thru. 2.) forced to try to sell to people who don’t want phones 3.) most people don’t pass a credit check or need a high deposit 4.) the hours. Say goodbye to your friends and family, because the hours are 11:30am-8pm, Wednesday to Sunday. 5.) the Walmart associates don’t like you.. your a vendor for walmart, and they’ll always leave the counter forcing you to do they’re job. 6.) it’s a very boring job. Honestly the 8 hours go by so slow. You may get 1, 2 if your lucky that are even interested. 7.) management- saw my manager like 3 times in a 5 month span. She’d lie straight to your face about your co-workers, pick favorites, and be a very annoying fake happy in the group chats. 8.) company doesn’t promote within.. did not see it one time. It’s simple, the company doesn’t trust the entry level employees it hires. Saw several people deserving of a promotion. They always hire new people for management positions that don’t know how to do the entry level position.
