Pros

No pros, I’m happy I left.

Cons

TROC is a third party company that works within walmart to sell wireless phones. While working there, I was possibly exposed to COVID by a walmart staff member and was sent home for the day, but I ultimately tested negative for it. My primary care doctor cleared me to go back to work after the negative test and gave me all the paperwork to show this, but I was told by TROC management that I still needed to quarantine for two weeks, WHICH I WOULD NOT BE PAID FOR. As I sobbed on the phone after hearing this, I was shown no compassion whatsoever. I was eventually told by TROC management that I would’ve been able to receive COVID sick pay if a walmart manager, not a TROC one, would’ve sent me home. I was obviously not told this initially before my TROC manager sent me home so I was cheated out of my entire paycheck. TROC has no care in the world for their employees, even during a pandemic.
