Pros

You’ll learn a lot, especially your first year. Their training program is top-notch, and you have full support once you actually get out there and start selling. When I started I knew almost nothing about selling, and now I’m consistently one of the top salesmen.

Cons

Working inside of a Wal-Mart isn’t the most glamorous part of the job, but it’s not as bad as it sounds.
