Great corporate Culture, amazing technology, cool products, good co-workers.

Cons

Project schedules are only possible with significant mandatory unpaid overtime. I worked here for a very short period of time, and I never put in less than 50 hours a week. Combine the burnout workload with the significantly sub-average pay, and the hourly rate that you are working at is just terrible.

Extremely great and knowledgeable coworkers and field workers. Most employees have been here for 5 - 30 years and are experienced in their fields. Great family history and decades of concern for the welfare of their workers.
